Pros
The packaging is clean and the little scooper that’s provided works great with no mess involved. But this monohydrate form is tasteless and mixes well in water or shakes.
Creatine is the most commonly used bodybuilding supplement. Great pump and that skin stretching feeling especially in my biceps and triceps.
I find this brand from nutricost to be economical & of reliable quality. Plain creatine monohydrate checks all of the boxes.
Cons
No strength gain, no pump after gym. Expiration date is not until 2026.
It smells putrid. Spoils very quickly with rancid smell and clumpyness. It tastes like gatorade.

A lot of companies to try to upsell you on their creatine when in reality all creatine should be the same ingredients

No saccharine or vanilla no yucky fake fruit just drink itmy only quibble is that because the jar is filled to the brim the included scoop has to be stuck in handleend down for the first uses its too easy to spill it on the counter
