Since cellulose is indigestible there are really no food calories at all. This cellulose source of insoluble fiber integrates well with your digestive system.
No issues with product or delivery. It's completely safe. Have re-purchased a few times now.
It is important not to forget this advise. This way they become less noticable. The only downside is that it's grainy.
