Pros & Cons
Pros
The silicone handles are very nice and the glass lid fits very well. The lids metal rim is very very nicely snug to the lid. This is lighter than the 12 i have which is a huge plus.
This is my first cast iron skillet, so it does take a bit to get used to how it heats and cooks. These high quality durable skillets are perfect for my mom's southern fried chicken recipe.
Highlights
Quality
I seasoned it with organic linseed oil as recommended and am satisfied with the results
Have not used product yey but i like the silicon grip on the handle of the pan and on the lid
These pans with the handles are wonderful as long as you take care of them properly
Competitiveness
It fits perfectly on my nuwave induction cooktop and heats evenly
Like other “preseasoned” pans you will have to use it with lots of oil for a while to be nonstick but once seasoned it works great
Small handle for larger hands but no smaller than other brands
