Pros
These are much nicer. The quality of the product is amazing. I also love that it matches my kitchen color decor.
Cons
These sheetpans look cheap and flimsy. The price is pretty high for such low quality. They are quite flimsy and cheaply constructed. Just poor quality, don't wast your time ordering and then returning it.
Using for cookies at 350 degrees within 5 minutes i hear a pop and look in and the pan is not flat on the grate. The smallest baking sheet warped after two uses, once at 375 degrees and one at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes each occurrence.
The sides are very minimal so they do not provide a lot of sturdiness when removing from the oven. Not recommended for meat or liner for a baking dish. Had to remove the handles. After having them a couple months the coating started coming off.

However you should follow the oven temperature thats listed and not use them if temp is supposed to be higher than recommended
