Pros

The price and good reviews are why i decided to purchase this one. Bought it specifically to chop cabbage for coleslaw. It chops really well, but only a small amount at a time.

It saves so much time on food prep. The one caution is that you have to limit the time you continuously run the machine to under a minute.

Cons

Bad product with horrible customer service. The instructions are also useless. Now it looks like i have an useless food processor.

The lock function is hit and miss. Motor easily overheats. Rated in the manual at one minute max continuous operation. It's either a design flaw or defective unit.

Center section of the bowl that covers the spinning shaft has mold growing in it.
