Pros

It's recommended to remove marinated jerky before the dehydrator completely cools. I use the fruit roll tray as a drip tray at the bottom which helps with clean up.

Dehydrator works great and is super quite! The stainless steel is durable, cleanable and easy care. Very excited about using the new dehydrator after having a second hand ronco for years.

This thing is awesome! Thank you. First off. Loving it so far.

It's small but on the inside it’s very spacious. This machine is super quiet and works like a charm making some very delicious jerky in only about 6 hours. Recently switched to keto diet, and jerky is a main snack staple for hubby.

Cons

The fan isn't attached to the heater. The trays are just a little too small and they tend to fall out of the grooves and onto the tray below. No response from nutrichef kitchens regarding warranty replacement.
