Not sure never tried it so i am only guessing but it is bigger than i thought so it will definitely hold a serving of whatever you need if not two servings

I kept trying and trying and eventually it opened but it sliced off a thin quarter ring of the plastic from the funnel as well in order to open

I used the large one with some powders filling it up closing it properly and then shook it up to see if any of the powder came out

The threading on the caps are large so if you get powder on them they wont jam up

I despise shakers because they are pain to clean and they come with pointless balls and other gimmicks that do nothing but make annoying noise in my bag
