It really lowers blood sugar levels. No associated stomach or bowel problems. No skin discoloration.
Cons
Bottle broken all over the box. Never could reach the seller. Not sure how it happened because it was still packaged perfectly fine.
Inulin/fos is a type of inulin. If impure, it is deadly. The only difference between fos and inulin is polymer chain length. This product is contaminated and will hurt you.
Each 3 tablets equals one teaspoon of product. Photo is a tablet that was in water for at least 3 days. There are only 2 grams of protein per serving.
