Ive been taking these vitamins for about 5 months
Started taking astaxanthin about 3 months later and here i am now with no signs of the cataract and 2020 near vision when i previously need bifocals to read
Just an add on i also need to take omega 3 to aid in the absorption of the astaxanthin
One of the best supplements i have ever taken
