These seeds are organic and arrived securely packaged.

The health benefits are outstanding and nutiva makes a quality product. While they have no calories they really do take on the flavor of what ever you mix them with. The result is a nice healthy low carb *. It's great to keep hunger at bay too.

Cons

These seeds have an almost rancid taste. Worse part about seeds staying whole and hard is when you fart. I certainly hope someone beats me to this deal.

I like these since they are organic and the price was a good value

I put some in a jar with apple juice and keep it in the frige afew quick spoonfuls and i am on my way

I was surprised it was not selfclosing like the one pound bag but i just fold it over and clip it and put ona shelf in the fridge

The packaging was great a concern after reading about some other suppliers through amazon

The packaging had problems however the great customer service people at amazon immediately took care of the situation
