The taste of it is bearable and good thing they are not horse pill size. I only wish you didn't have to take two for a whole serving, which makes a month's worth a bit pricey.

The ingredient list shown is deceptive. The actual ingredient list includes folic acid, although the picture online states that there is folate in the vitamins. This vitamin pill has a very strong, pungent, and almost fowl taste.
