As many other reviewers have commented, these are a real bargain for the price vs number of strips you get. The only thing im not 100% thrilled with is, all the strips are loose in the container.
For new people to keto, it’s important to know and track your macros (macronutrients) there are three main ketone bodies that are excreted from the body during ketosis. The strips work great, as i am currently using the adkins/ketoogenic diet.
Cons
Test strips are faulty and don’t read correctly. I know i'm in ketosis, but this shows grey. It says i'm not in ketosis but my blood meter (keto-mojo) says i’m at a. Does not work as advertised. No expiration date on container.

I had to throw out half a bottle for this reason but then again the price is so affordable its not much of a big deal
