They do the job the problem we had was it was the floor not the machine

We did not realise that till after but they did quieten the machine by about 75 the vibration is a flooring issue

Placing them under the feet of a washing machine for example is fairly straightforward

However because they are designed not to slip and particularly once they have the weight of the machine on top of them its virtually impossible to push the machine back into its place which is usually in a recessed space in a kitchen or utility room

In this way its much easier to slide the machine back into its space before lifting up the front of the machine to place the two front rubber feet

One thing which is obvious when you think about it but worth remembering is that the appliance you put these feet on will be raised by approximately 2cm just under an inch from its original position
