There is a pull loop on the top rear of the shoe that is designed so it does not catch on the pant leg and cause pants to ride up over the boot

The 10m we receive which i assume was 10 wide since only size 10 and 10w are sizes shown to choose from in listing for 10’s turned out not to fit wide at all and therefore are too tight fitting and very stiff so are too uncomfortable to wear to break them in some in hopes they give some width wise

There is also a padded tongue and collar so they do not dig into the lower leg or foot

Because these are essentially a man version of ankle boots theyd look spiffy with jeans or office casual khakis
