Good support on the sides of the foot, and a comfortable gel pad for your heel. Working in the hospitality industry- a non-slip shoe is a must.

Cons

Started seperating at sole within first week. Not if you walk on time when the bottoms are wet. They are literally dangerous!

The only positive thing about these shoes are their aesthetic quality/shine. The box clearly says 11 and inside the shoe says 11. Walmart shoes at half the price lasted twice as long.
