Pros

As part of a ketogenic way of eating, i add a couple of teaspoons of this to my coffee each morning. It has no discernable taste or odor, but i can certainly discern it's thermogenic effect 30 minutes or so into drinking my coffee.

Cons

Taste not to our liking, need to build up a tolerance slowly start out taking 1/4 of suggested dosage on bottle. Slowly increase the dosage.
