This has occurred on multiple models even after doubling the webbing back through the triglide buckle

Well i own both a 120l black hole and a size large marmot long hauler

The short answer is this the black hole is slightly better suited for when youll be carrying the bag yourself most of the time while the long hauler is slightly better suited for trips where others such as airlines or porters will often be handling your bag for you
