They are always fresh and moist. They are tasty and really work. They make a good snack or part of breakfast.
This is the first product i have ever subscribed to on amazon. Amazon's price is very good, and their delivery is dependable. Brownie is my fav.
Chocolate is the best along with blondie, coconut macaroon, and banana nut.
Cons
It has a burnt taste of wax. It taste more like flax seed and nothing like peanuts. The texture is awful. Fibrous and unpleasant to eat.

I'm seriously so proud of myself and so happy.
I thought i was beyond help, and i'd have to live with the pain and sadness of ibs and missing social events.
I wish i could take pics and share them with the world :d the before/after would be amazing.

- they aren't dirt cheap, but for what you get, i feel like the price is very fair.
Amazon's price is very good, and their delivery is dependable.
This company gives you a great product with minimal bs, and the price reflects that.
Packaging/appearance
I don't think these are currently made anymore, which upsets me b\c they were the most effective fiber bars i've ever had.
It's a lot cheaper than paying $3 a bar for overhyped other brand names--with those, you're paying for packaging and brand prestige.
