Pros
With 12 grams of protein, a couple bites of a nugo bar during practice keeps me energized and keeps my mind focused. Yes there is 14g of sugar but they’re perfect for a post-workout snack.
The salty and sweet combo is delectable. Dark chocolate pretzel is my absolute favorite flavor.
Cons
These bars are often old, stale and discolored. The flavor also totally disappears. Taking a bite causes them literally to disintegrate into many pieces and this is not acceptable for what should be a chewy protein bar.
Total bummer. I'm so disappointed, and i hope it was just a brief mislabeling error in the factory. Whoever is packing or shipping this product needs to be alerted to this problem.
