Clearly previous owners had tried to cover these problems up with replastering and sealing the bricks with various waterproofing but the plaster would bubble and stay damp

If you not up to doing job yourself an electrician could probably install in one day in most circumstances

Ive taken one star off because positive ventilation systems are recommended for radon up to 500bqm3 and fan speed 6 max is supposed to be suitable for a 56 bedroom house
