Pros

It helps me to do 20 minutes a day on my stepper exerciser. Vitality gives me lots of energy and i feel younger. Even our creativity and mental clarity are back.

Works great for 6 yr old daughter. Been taking these for awhile. Now, i take the product daily and can say it is a high quality supplement.
