One of the combination tumblers on one of our boxes became less accurate we believe due to a user trying to forcefully open it when not being exactly on the correct combination

I contacted nuset which is affiliated with price pfister faucets and they repaired it i believe they actually replaced it free of charge

I only had to pay to ship it to them which was minimal as i only had to ship the door

With some other boxes once they have them open anyone can reset your combination and lock you out of the box

The door is hinged at the bottom so it wont get lost when opened

Having the combination locked out to anyone that try to change the code is the main reason i buy this type of lock box
