Pros

The heat makes it softer and sticky so you can just push it and mold it to the wall or whatever surface you have it on. It gives edge a pretty, polished look. My only gripe is the raw ends could really use some type of finishing cap.

Cons

It looks like a butyl putty is used to make it stick. The glue sticks to what it's supposed to but it does not stay stuck to the trim itself. After about 30 mins it pulls away from the wall.

Disappointed to say the least. Definitely won't be purchasing again. Biggest reason i cannot recommend it is.

For what i paid i’m very disappointed

With the heated floors this should be an ideal installation
