Pros

Hand pain disappears when i use it and has been lessening. I find it to be a good workout for the fingers and forearm. It isn't the same as straight-up grip strength, but it definitely serves its purpose.

It's a lovely device, and i'm so thankful for it. It's not not a herculean device but it's proving an excellent answer for my specific needs. In addition, it has a fidget spinner appeal that makes me want to use it.

Start up ball by spinning (either with string or hand) pretty fast. The circular motion of the wrist keeps the fly wheel spinning. It's always a competition to see who can get it to spin the fastest.

Cons

When you pull the string it spins for about 10 seconds. The best exercise you can get with this is to put it firmly in your dominate hand, put your arm back and throw this piece of junk as far as you can.
