Installed on my 2011 kia forte koup sx with a 2. Screen. It definitely fits a mazda miata na.
Nrg knows how to combine quaility and durability. Works with nb miata. Had to also buy a spacer to use with sparco quick release.

Overall the construction quality is excellent nice machines aluminum finish and painted well and durable
This lets you keep the clockspring and all the annoying hassle with the horn wire
The plate doesnt cover the hole in the column but the hole is rather large so im not going to blame the design of the product

Bought this hub adapter along with an extension and not the quick release because i dont necessarily need that function

Cut the 3 wire plug and spliced the horn wire longer to reach the new aftermarket horn button

I had to cut off the wire harness for the horn air bag and trim back some of the plastic from the steering column surround

However i have not been able to get the horn to work in either one of them so keep that in mind when you are purchasing one that you may struggle with that

It does adapt to my 04 rx8 although the horn contact plate is very very far from functioning

On a mazda speed 6 out gets the job done but its ugly as hell
