These are mk-4 medium size capsules, easy to *. A while back, i hurt my ankle in high school and got an ankle that would crack and make noises when i walked. Item is great, fairly priced.

Cons

I was disappointed to discover, this is the mk-4 form of k2. Felt like a joke.
