Pros
Taurine is essential for cats. One capsule per cat per day seems reasonable for supplementation. I use it as a supplement in my homemade cat food.

Quality
I love the quality of sleep i (usually) get when i take taurine.
Since i give him 500 mg twice a day - i was very pleased with the price.
Usually, 500mg works well enough for me, but i've take 1000mg/1g at a time when necessary and the effects are greater.
The supplement does give me some lasting energy to work out (not as much as twinlab), but it doesnt help as much with the depression.

The price is easy on my pocketbook.
Packaging/appearance
Decent price, easy to use bottle, no wasted packaging.
I bought this product because i could get it in the 500mg easy to swallow capsules.
Competitiveness
So it works, and i havent really compared price/quality with twinlabs product.

Bought it thinking it was an essential ingredient i'd needed from energy drinks, butt it did not give me energy, so i was a bit disappointed.
