The softgels are easy to * and one pill does me. The gelcapsule is thicker and tougher, which also makes me wonder how well they dissolve in your stomach. They are the size of essential fatty acid pills or larger oil capsules.

The labed has certifications/badges for non-gmo, k (kosher) and gmp. The gmp, good manufacturing practices, indicates attention to the purity and integrity of the ingredients and processing. This certification checks off an important box for me.

The current price is under 25 so this is a fair price for a 3month supply

Large easy to swallow gelcaps that come in tamperproof packaging

This way there are no surprises when you open the bottle

They are easy to puncture if you want to use the contents for your skin

Because its a gelcap despite its size its easy to swallow

These are a fairly large softgel capsule so i have to swallow this one by itself

Just take a single gelcap which is about the size of your typical omega 3 gelcap and youre good to go
