Pros

I have zero problems swallowing it. Easy to * capsule. Easy absorbed and easy on the stomach.

Inflamation comes back when i quit taking it for a few days. Very good for muscles, immunity, vision. These are awesome!

Cons

This last batch stinks. Definitely smells like something that should not be ingested. Each tablet is only 100 mg. The capsule is very light weight it doesn’t go down as quickly as a solid tablet.

This is a very good quality vitamin c that i use daily and have for years

Like that i can get a large amount of a quality vitc

It tastes pretty fishy but that’s no problem because i quickly down it with water or orange juice

Sometimes i open it and pour half into water since 1000mg is a lot at onnce

Price

So glad you have it in extra large size very good price

Good value and seems to suit the needs

But the price is good and one a day cant hurt

My doctor carries one with both ingredients but is at least 15 more
