Pros

It is so comforting to know that i will be able to fall asleep 95% of the time within 20 minutes of lying down. I still wake up during the night most nights with two so may go on to three.

The dosage i use is one-half of a tablet, most nights. If you are on 3mg now and drowsy in the morning - this is a good alternative.

Melatonin can lower progesterone (via raising prolactin), and it made a huge difference to mitigate that. But, this also has a form of niacin (vitamin b-3), and i am not sure how much that is also creating the success i am experiencing.

The bottle comes in sealed for safety and freshness and there's no taste that i noticed. Very easy to * and quick to kick in. They're very straightforward in the ingredients about what you're getting.

Regarding the now 1 mg dual release i once read that 34 mg is delivered immediately and 14 mg is delivered in i think about 4 hours later

But on the now website the delivery chart was missing
