Pros
Magnesium glycinate is what i was really looking for, but it's annoyingly harder to find than i had hoped. I prefer the now magnesium citrate capsules, but these do just as well.
These aren't the smallest but are slick. The capsule is easy to take, with no aftertaste. These are a tad big, glad they're softgels.
Then my sleep has aldo improved. At night so as not to have restless legs or cramping in legs while sleeping. This magnesium really helps with my muscle spasms and constipation.
Cons
The capsules are really large and difficult to *. Someone needs to explain to me why the capsules are so large, if they have a little over 100 mg in one capsule. The pills are gigantic!
The rda for magnesium is 400mg. You also have to read the somewhat blurry back label to see that each softgel is only 133 mg. This same brand makes a 500 mg tablet that is smaller by a third and you only have to take 1 to get the needed dose.

This was a great product but now i just buy our magnesium citrate from “bulk supplements” brand because we go through so much of it and it doesnt’ have a taste as far as we are concerned
