Pros

I receive it like clockwork and it is cost effective. The elderberry seems to be good quality. And lastly, the price and strength are far better than if you look in stores. Esp working with kids.

I don't like to take most powdery pills this one has a gel capsule so that was easy to *. Easy to * and no side effects at all.

Cons

Not sure if the elderberry itself effected my heart, or whether it lessened the effects of the estroven. What's the point of using these for wellness if they can't be used during sickness?
