Pros

Since i take the 5-htp, my sleep is much deeper. I have some sleeping issues so this pill helps fatigue my body in a mild way. I take an antidepressant that helps.

Cons

The worst thing is the muscle twitch that i got on one side of my face, that scared me a lot. Please don't take these products on your own without a doctor advice.

Ive taken 4 different brands of 5htp before settling on the now product

This now brand seems to be much stronger and less expensive than my current brand at half the 34milligrams34

Strangely each brands formulation is different in how it affects you so the number of 34milligrams34 means little
