The pill form is easy to *, and although these don't smell the best you can’t really taste the pill. It keeps my a1c down which is fantastic. It's very efficient.


Cons

No matter how beneficial these might be, the side effects are nt worth it. Thank goodness amazon is great about returns! Returning the item based on more research.

    I bought three bottles its a long story of these now spirulina tablets so i was disappointed when i discovered 1 that i ordered tablets when i wanted capsules and 2 that i cant exchange the two unopened bottles

    As far as appetite suppressing goes the pill form supposedly takes longer than the powder form to work i usually feel a tad bit of fullness about 30 or so minutes after taking 6 pills
