Pros

This futon is unreal. Once it's installed it looks great, it's sturdy, the bed is very comfortable.

The fabric is a beautiful grey linen and it's super comfortable. We love the way it looks in our formal living room.

Cons

The fabric, while nice in appearance, snags very easily. This futon is super hard and not something i would chose to sit on for an extended period of time.
