Pros

Works great for the turn signals on a 1991 ford ranger with 4 incandescent bulbs. Used for led taillight conversion on 95 yj. Perfect fit for 1992 jeep cherokee xj. Jeep yj wrangler.

This el12, 2-prong * plugged right up and fixed the problem. Cheap fix i fit works out and much easier than ballast resistors.

An electromagnetic (relay) clicker, as opposed to a thermal (bi-metallic) *. Works to remove hyperflash turn signals with a trailer attached.

Cons

I was given wrong information on the placement of two in-line diodes which were installed in the circuit. I still have to have 2 incandescent lights in my rear turn signals to get the unit to flash properly. Lights froze on, then turned off and would ... Read More

Wasnt sure how this flasher would work with the mixed reviews it gets when used with led lighting

Packaging/appearance

This allows you to bypass the hazard switch all together and permanently fix the problem

Took all of 3 minutes to swap out the part

One suggestion was to try the good working flasher in the turn signals
