Cute concept, but too difficult for children (and adults) the commands are fairly easy, but the robot just needs work. Broken and not in correct packaging. Looks like someone sold their used, broken toy.

    His internals are easily damaged as this one was a replacement for one id recently broken by attempting to access the speaker in order to disable it

    Replacing the batteries can also be a chore because the battery case is very secure

    If you want to open it i recommend a nice pair of needle nose pliers some patience and maybe a tool for prying

    Be careful not to scratch the plastic and pull on the screw to open

    You may also want to replace the screw itself as it is a very shallow flat head and quite difficult to unscrew
