The accompanying software is not that useful

I had one key that was slightly sticking so i took it apart and apparently when it was serviced a piece of rubber gasket had been out of place when it was reassembled

But the real gem in my opinion is the automap 4 software

When i get new plugin i wrap it load it into my daw then edit the mappings to taste and save it as the default mapping for that plugin

A default mapping will always get loaded whenever that plugin is selected

Even those plugins without an existing mapping will get a generic mapping of all the controls the first time theyre loaded

When any mapped control is touched the display will display the plugin setting assigned to that control

For controlling hardware synths or individual nonplugin apps there are a large number of memory slots for appspecific midi mappings
