Pros
The tree is sturdy, nice looking, easy to assemble. The compressed board is very thick and solid. Well built and very sturdy.
Highly recommend to anyone with cats. Good value compared to other cat condos for the money. And it's really durable.
My one calico sleeps all the time in the rectangle house. Found a spot for it in the playroom. Their favorite feature is the patio' area on the 2nd level outside of the rectangle cubby.
Cons
The particle board is a poor choice for a cat tree. There was no tube and no way to attach the piece of rope. This is not worth a cent.
The material the pole is made out of is basically hardened paper. It's the same look but so flimsy. Irreplaceable and quite unfixable.

It’s an overall good cat tree for smaller sized cats but if you have large cats do not get it

I noticed after about a week the bed part on a post was loosening so i gave it another spin to tighten and it not only did it stay loose it either stripped or the part its screwed too loosened and just turns with it

But it was super wobbly so i reached out to the company and sent a video and a request for them to replace just the two pieces i needed
