Pros

It is not too rich and it is always just a tad different when re ordering. While they sell all grade a to public it's always surprise to find out which sub grade i'm getting. Nova has a new regular customer with me!

It is scrumptious! Nice maple syrup to add to my cereal each morning.

Cons

It is thin and a slight taste of imitation vanilla extract. On the site when you look at the item and in large the photo it says half a gallon 64 ounces. It’s not even 1 quart which would be 32 ounces.
