Pros

Shampoo, conditioner and the curling cream leaves my curls bouncy and soft and without tangles. It defines and hydrated my crazy curly hair perfectly. It is very nice to keep curly hair moisturized. My wavy hair loves it though.

This is the best conditioner i've ever used. The packaging was not damaged at all.

Top six inches are my natural, thick, slightly oily hair. Bottom six inches were once bleached and dyed pink for years. Something in regular shampoo and conditioner is an allergen for me and breaks me out in hives.

Cons

Once healthy hair is so dry and frizzy now. My daughters have curly hair and this does absolutely nothing for their hair. The pump isn't meant to work with whatever i got.

Ive had much less hair fall while using this product

I love how easy it is to detangle my hair with this product but i’m not in love with the scent

Smells good and moisturizing but very disappointed that the dispenser doesn’t work

And then the darn thing came with the pump cap broken off

Packaging/appearance

However the packaging was not damaged at all

Like nicely plastic wrapped but they must have done it to tight cause the cap was snapped off in the wrappings
