This product works great but for my hair not really thick or thin about shoulder length i had to use about 4or 5times the amount in the directions so the bottle didnt last long

The trick to cowashing is to use a generous amount of conditioner and to let it sit on the hair for 1015 minutes otherwise it wont get hair completely clean
