Pros
The ice shaving is fine, and not coarse as shown in the picture of the product. Just fill it with ice and turn it on. Takes a couple of minutes to shave up enough ice for two large snow-cones. The ice is nice and fine.
Product is great quality for price. Easily assembled and taken apart for storage or clean up. No complaints so far.

I should have bought the metal ice shaver which is smaller in size and more durable

Because the clear case has s small door and cant be removed its very hard to clean it or dry it off after each use

If i purchased a smaller unit that doesnt come with a case it would be easier to clean and easier to use

I could hardly fit my small hands inside the door to retrieve the ice so if you have bigger hands you may struggle a little bit to remove the ice
