Great introduction to gluten free cookery bought it for my 12 year old granddaughter great book getting well used excellent easy to follow recipes and clearly written i have tried a few online recipes for baking which have not ended well but pleased to say that the first two snickerdoodles and chocolate cookies have worked brilliantly and my husband not gf adores them and he does not usually like gf food
