I am nearer 70 than 60 is this book is great for me. Book is a nice size, not big and bulky. App peaks the interest of my 17yr old son.

App makes it so much easier to plan meals and make sure i'm eating healthily while i'm studying. Recipes are for 1-2 people, gives costing of what it could cost. Weekly meal planners for different budgets too.

The dishes are easy to make and tasty. My favourite recipe so far is the fish pie. Had a flick through and there seems to be some good simple meals in there.

I am really upset with the purchase i made of this book. It skips from page 16 to 33, missing out the how to pages and jacket potato and sandwich ideas! There is no email address or telephone number for me to correct my mistake!
