When i take one or two a day it seems like my fingernails and hair grows better. Contains all of the essential omega-3 5 6 7 8 9 and 11. Thus eliminating the need to buy separate.

Cons

There is nothing on the new packaging indicating that this product is molecularly distilled as before.

Product exp 3/2022. Returned for a refund. This item is apparently not refundable!

However the last two of 3 bottles had packaging problems where there were broken pills in the bottle causing fish oil to coat everything
