These are a little pricey but considering it is of comercial grade and built with the best standards i am very pleased with this product
This product works great for sharpening the super steels
Electric sharpeners eat knives up and dont hold a candle to this product
I recommend getting the optional next finer stone using it with the medium and fine stone that come standard with this set

I store it back in the original inner shipping box to keep it clean between uses

Its a good stone to sharpen knife but when i got package the stone was all move i had to reline all 3 stone

After frustrating difficult trying to align all three stones and tightening out at once

When you loosen one screw it loosens two stones so it is pretty frustrating to have to adjust the stones because they were mounted sloppily from the manufacture

They came mounted in a way that you could not read the coursemediumfine indications and one stone was hitting the edge of the reservoir and very slightly chipped
