The wheel arrived with a chipped front edge

Although it was not packaged properly loose in the box the amazon box showed no signs of rough handling

The thin inner box nortons that the wheel came in had seams split and other damage that suggested rough handling before the item was shipped to me

I suspect that this was not nortons fault but cant be sure of that so i deducted one star

None of the packages had sufficient packing material but this was the only one damaged
