The quality seems good and the ladle is very sturdy. It is very thick on the spoon end which will hopefully keep it from cracking. Only it is so thick it is quite buoyant and a bit harder to dip into the water to fill.

Because i use it with a spa bucket and the ladle handle is straight it just can’t scoop up much water to put on the sauna rocks

I can only get as much water as fits in a small front section of the scoop

I dont have a good answer as to if that should be an issue or not as the older one was thinner but cracked so maybe in the long run this will be better
