This adapter is a money saver. Put new batteries in and repeat. Replacing an original part. Allows one to use label maker without batteries.

Only lasted about 5 months, under very light use. Listing and manufacturer picture shows negative polarity.

Male metal connector barrel is a little short but i did not have to trim the plastic back to obtain a firm connection

Couldnt help but check this power supply with a multimeter 9 volts dc most importantly the tip the center conductor was the negative and the ring outside barrel was positive

If you want to use it with the dymo labelmanager 160 youll need to shave a little bit of the plastic off so that it stays firmly plugged in

I dont use my label maker regularly but 3 times ive put fresh batteries used it once store it pulled it back out 4 months later to use again
